2010 Green Valley Park Membership Fees and Member Payment Policy

1) Invoices will be issued approximately January 15^th

2) There will be 3 options for payment

A. Payment in full by Feb 20^th via cash, check or credit card/debit card

B. Payment in 3 installments via credit card/debit card, with three varied due dates listed below. Green Valley Park will automatically charge your debit/credit card on the March & April dates.

· March 15^th

· April 15^th

C. Payment in 3 installments via cash or check, with three varied due dates listed below. Members will be responsible for meeting these deadlines based on the invoice and will not be reminded or re-invoiced after the initial invoice in mid-January

3) Reminder - you must be a member in good standing (on your payment plan) to use the Green Valley Park facilities or participate in any activity sponsored by GVP (Gate City tennis, swim team, interclub, etc) after March 1^st. Any member who is not paid in full by May 1^st will be charged an additional $50 late fee.

Who to contact at Green Valley

Despite the temperatures outside, another fun summer at Green Valley Park will be here before we know it! We are once again offering a New Member Incentive and a $50 Credit for existing members who recruit a new member. This program was popular last year and helped attract many new members so please be sure to spread the word about Green Valley and help reduce your bill at the same time!
